3D Personnel are working with a leading UK M&E Consultancy is hiring experienced Quantity Surveyors (various seniority levels). The company works with Tier-1 contractors and regional firms and offers strong career progression, competitive salary and long-term development opportunities.

This is an ideal role for ambitious, experienced Quantity Surveyors seeking career growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage costs and value of complex M&E projects
• Coordinate communication between clients, stakeholders, and project teams
• Ensure project profitability and delivery targets
• Manage risk, change processes, and contracts
• Provide commercial advice to clients
• Prepare CVRs and cost reports
• Monitor compliance with commercial agreements
• Support project control and administrative systems
• Participate in project cost and risk meetings
• Build professional networks within the construction industry

Requirements

• RICS-qualified (or equivalent) - not an entry-level role
• Experience in commercial M&E / building services projects
• Understanding of pre-construction and project delivery
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
• Good MS Office and computer literacy
