We are currently looking for a handy man for an immediate start to work within the Midlands area.
The successful candidate must have:
Current CSCS card and industry applicable qualifications
Experience and General knowledge of handyman duties such as Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Decorating and General Building works
Good communication skills and able to work with all levels of management and team members.
Full UK Driving license.
Able to manage workload and work to expected deadlines.
Responsibilities & requirements:
Low level maintenance work to ensure that the environment is safe and well maintained;
Keep good records of all of the tasks you perform
Recent experience in relation to job role
Multi Trader with experience in some of the following – decorating, minor plumbing, handy person duties – as well as minor joinery
Lives reasonably locally, i.e. within a reasonable travelling distance
