Logistics Manager

3D Personnel are currently looking for a Logistics Manager for a construction project in Southampton.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Manage logistics operations on a large-scale residential development of 2,500+ homes
• Oversee daily coordination of materials, deliveries, and site movements
• Ensure smooth workflow across all phases of construction
• Coordinate delivery schedules to support multiple work areas across the site
• Manage site access, traffic flow, and delivery routes to avoid congestion
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and site management teams
• Monitor and control material storage and distribution on site
• Maintain health & safety standards in all logistics operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical challenges impacting progress
• Keep records of deliveries, stock levels, and site logistics activity

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification
• First Aid at Work (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in construction site logistics (ideally large-scale residential)
