3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a Labour Manager/Resourcer to join our established office in Southampton.

Job Description

  • Recruiting for Candidates for temporary Labour & Trades in the Construction Industry.
  • Liase with the clients on the supply of Labour & Trades
  • Ensuring all operatives are compliant i.e scanning copies of ID and legal compliance onto our system to ensure we have all legal documentation for both our records and payment to employees.
  • Manage legal documentation for all employees, ensuring they comply with Government regulations.
  • Collection and Filling of all candidate confidential documents
  • Ability to build a network of available operatives for current vacancies.
  • Building relationships with clients on a daily basis to ensure we meet their staff needs and provide an reliable service.
  • Ensure correct job specification is obtained from client
  • Daily/Weekly site visits to meet both operatives and clients; to maintain our current relationships and develop further.  
  • Advertising for all current job vacancies
  • Providing an excellent phone manner when making outgoing and receiving incoming calls
  • Ensuring all issues that may occur are handled correctly and resolved efficiently.
  • Keeping track of operatives working hours to ensure totals are correct on weekly timesheet and system compliant. 
  • Advertising for all current job vacancies
  • Reporting into the Director on a daily basis
  • Represent the company in the office and when attending client meetings
  • Use of all office equipment I. The Photocopier, scanner, printer etc

Skills Required:

  • Previous Recruitment or Sales experience is preffered but not required.
  • Construction knowledge or experience in the sector is preffered but not required
  • Driven and Positive
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and handle a heavy work load
  • Organisation
  • Full UK Driver’s License
  • Able to work flexible hours
