Junior / Graduate Site Manager

3D Personnel are working alongside one of Irelands leading Developers. Due to their continuous growth, they are actively seeking a Junior / Graduate Site Manager to join their County Cork based team working on a new large development in South Cork.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordination and supervision of the construction staff.
- Act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients and design team.
- Report to Senior Site Manager and support the Project Manager.
- Oversee and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that site requirements are met without exceeding budget.
- Managing sub-contractors, trades and personnel on site to ensure that productivity levels are high and works are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that company policies including H&S policies are adhered to on site.
Requirements Include:
- A Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or Trade Background.
- A minimum of 2 years proven onsite experience, ideally in a similar role.
- Experience working with a Main Contractor / Developer based in Ireland or the UK.
