About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Site Manager to join our demolition team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in construction site management within a fast-growing, safety-driven organisation. You will support the Site Manager in coordinating day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily demolition site operations

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

• Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety documentation

• Coordinate subcontractors, labour teams, and plant/equipment needs

• Monitor project progress and report on timelines, risks, and issues

• Maintain accurate site records, including permits, inspections, and logs

• Support quality control and environmental compliance

• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

Requirements

• 1-3 years' experience in construction, demolition, or a similar site-based role

• Relevant construction qualification (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, or trade background)

• Strong understanding of site safety practices (Safe Pass required; manual handling, CSCS an advantage)

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively

• Full driver's licence preferred
