Vacancy: Area Manager
Location: Cork
Salary: €60k with a company vehicle (commercial car or van)
3D Personnel’s client is looking for an Area Manager based in Cork to cover the Munster Region. The company are the leading passive fire protection installer in Ireland. The successful candidate will join an already established team working in Cork. The Area Manager will work closely with Business Development manager to secure new business and deal with commercial team in Dublin for pricing. The candidate will have an overall responsibility for all site affairs from safety to method statements to labour allocation, completion and hand over while ensuring profitable completion of the projects.
Your duties as Area Manager will include:

In order to be considered for the vacancy you will:
- Hold degree in construction management or business / marketing and have construction sector experience
- OR be trade qualified with management experience
- Ideal candidate will be coming from a sub contracting background
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Be confident, driven and enthusiastic
- Have decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
- Have exceptional planning and organisational skills as well as commercial acumen
