The Opportunity
As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring guests receive outstanding service while supporting all departments to deliver a seamless experience. You will lead by example, supervise hotel operations, and assist senior management in maintaining service excellence, operational efficiency, and team performance.

* Oversee the daily operation of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments.
* Act as a main point of contact for guests, resolving queries and handling issues in a professional and timely manner.
* Support and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service standards at all times.
* Assist with staff supervision, training, and performance management across front-of-house operations.
* Monitor service standards, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.
* Conduct regular operational checks to ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and company procedures.
* Coordinate effectively with reception, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Support revenue generation initiatives, hotel promotions, and guest retention activities.
* Assist senior management with reporting, administration, and operational planning.
* Ensure the hotel maintains its reputation for high-quality hospitality and customer care.
