Your new role
You will be responsible for analysing, reviewing and updating their current procedures and policies while increasing employee engagement with Health and Safety systems through internal training. You will also be responsible for implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems and conduct in house training for staff to comply with the above and control the day to day operation of these systems once in place.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in middle management,reporting to senior management and directors ideally with a main contractor. Knowledgeable of BCAR requirements involved in preparing job safety files. You will also be an excellent communicator with the ability to communicate across all levels within the company. Lastly, you will have a relevant degree/diploma in Health & Safety.
