3D Personnel are recruiting for a Head of Fire & Security for a well-established M&E building services contractor with a strong reputation across the South Coast. They are launching a dedicated Fire & Security division and we're looking for the right person to lead it from the ground up.

will report into the Director and working together you will create and deliver a Fire & Security sub-division within a successful M&E Contractor.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of fire and security projects across commercial, residential, Industrial and public sector sites
• Build and develop the division-processes, team, client relationships
• Manage projects from tender through to handover, owning programme, budget, and quality
• Coordinate with existing M&E teams and subcontractors
• Drive business development and help establish the division's market presence

What We're Looking For

• Proven project management experience in fire alarm, suppression, CCTV, access control and or intruder systems etc
• Background in construction, fit-out or M&E environments
• Comfortable operating autonomously while collaborating across a wider business
• Commercially sharp with strong client-facing skills
• Relevant qualifications (FIA, CSCS, SMSTS, or similar) are a plus
