Our client is a specialist house builder operating in the London market on high end low and high rise residential construction projects.
They are currently looking for a Head of Construction to join their team for upcoming projects.
Duties:
- Oversee all residential projects for this company
- Oversee and delegate all aspects of construction to the project team
- Liaise with the design team and help identify potential problems with construction
- Report to the directors and stakeholders on live projects and potential future projects
Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related discipline
- Experience on residential projects (both low and high rise are acceptable)
- Experience working with a major main contractor on residential projects in the UK
- Good construction and design knowledge
Salary/package:
- £105,000 + large annual bonus depending on performance (share of company net profit)
