Location: Swords
The PAYE rate for this position is €23.03 per hour, based on standard site times of 7.30am - 5pm | Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Coordinate all works with the General Foreman
- Identifying Defects
- Documenting Snags
- Collaborating with Contractors and Subcontractors
- Ensuring Compliance with Standards
- Final Inspection and Handover
Requirements
- Valid ID/Passport
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificate
- Additional certifications (Working at Heights,abrasive wheels) are a plus
- Full PPE
- (Preferred) Own transport
