Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Coordinate all works with the General Foreman
• Identifying Defects
• Documenting Snags
• Collaborating with Contractors and Subcontractors
• Ensuring Compliance with Standards
• Final Inspection and Handover

Requirements

• Valid ID/Passport
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificate
• Additional certifications (Working at Heights,abrasive wheels) are a plus
• Full PPE
• (Preferred) Own transport
