🔧 Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be an experienced, versatile construction handyman, capable of carrying out a range of tasks on a busy construction site.

Typical duties will include:

• 🔨 General carpentry, repairs and installations.
• 🎨 Painting and decorating.
• 🧱 Minor masonry, brickwork and concrete repairs.
• 🏠 General building maintenance and repairs.
• 🛠️ Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• ✅ Maintaining a safe, tidy working environment and completing tasks to a high standard.

👷 What We're Looking For

• ✔️ Proven experience as a construction site handyman or general builder.
• ✔️ Valid CSCS card.
• ✔️ Own tools and PPE.
• ✔️ Good practical skills across multiple construction trades.
• ✔️ Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
• ✔️ References to support previous experience.
