Overview

The role is for an experienced construction site handyman.

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Handyman to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the go-to professional responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving a variety of facilities and properties. Duties

• Perform carpentry tasks such as repairs, installations, and custom projects to maintain building integrity and aesthetics
• Conduct roofing inspections and repairs to prevent leaks and ensure structural safety
• Carry out construction painting projects to refresh surfaces and enhance visual appeal
• Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, patching walls, and concrete repairs
• Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently for various maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards

Experience

• Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding is highly preferred
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools in construction or maintenance settings
• Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction trades and maintenance work
• Previous experience working across multiple trades or in a general maintenance role is advantageous
