đ§ Grouter / Grout Plant Operator Required - High Wycombe
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Grouter / Grout Plant Operator to work on a land drilling and geotechnical construction project in the High Wycombe area.
Applicants must have previous experience operating grout mixing plants and pumping equipment, ideally within land drilling, ground engineering or geotechnical construction.
đ ī¸ The Role
- Setting up and operating grout mixing plants and pumping equipment.
- Preparing and mixing cementitious grouts to specified mix designs.
- Operating high-pressure pumps and monitoring pumping pressures and flow rates.
- Pumping grout into boreholes for ground stabilisation and foundation support.
- Cleaning and maintaining grout plant and associated equipment.
- Assisting the drilling team with general site duties when required.
- Maintaining safe working practices and following site procedures.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Grouter or Grout Plant Operator.
- Experience operating grout mixing and pumping equipment.
- Knowledge of grout mixing procedures and pumping operations.
- Experience within land drilling, ground engineering or geotechnical construction advantageous.
- CSCS card or relevant equivalent.
- Good understanding of site health and safety.
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
