Established over 38 years, we are delighted to be working with a brand-new client based twenty miles outside Galway city. This organisation is an established supplier of hygiene and cleaning solutions, supporting businesses across a broad range of sectors. Operating from a regional base, it works with organisations of varying sizes to help maintain clean, safe, and compliant working environments.

Clients span commercial, industrial, hospitality and healthcare environments, with solutions designed to support routine operations rather than over-engineered offerings. The organisation places emphasis on long-term relationships, responsiveness, and a pragmatic approach to customer service. We are seeking an exceptional Good Outwards Representative to working a hybrid capacity working in the warehouse and delivering the goods to customers. You will act as the face of the company ensuring on time deliveries are made in a professional way.

Main accountabilities and responsibilities

• Ensure picking accuracy to maximise customer satisfaction and reduce cost.
• Ensure that delivery routes are followed and that all deliveries are made and signed for by our customer on the scheduled day / time in line with customer instructions and within health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure that failed deliveries are immediately communicated to customers and the relevant salesperson.
• Carry out installations, training on dispenser functionality and refills, plus basic technical service to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that WHSL logo is applied to all dispensers and undertake dispenser audits, servicing and replacement of faulty dispensers and equipment in line with set standard and procedures.
• Optimise the bespoke company Hygiene products/Solutions post sales approach to improve lifetime value of customers
• Carry out site surveys to ensure accurate product selection and dispenser requirements.
• To receive and utilise customer feedback to maximise customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunity.
• Ensure that fleet and warehouse vehicles are clean, tidy, and properly maintained to comply with regulations and present the organisation at its best.
• Ensure that uniform, P.P.E. and footwear are clean and tidy to present the company at its best.
• When handing the refilling / transferring of chemical containers a lab coat, eye protection, hand protection and foot protection MUST be worn
• Use StaffCircle to keep up to date with Company, Departmental and your own objectives and participate in reviews.

Experience and qualification requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• A solid understanding of Goods Outwards & Technical Service processes and protocols
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to multitask with competing priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• A creative thinker with a strong customer orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Thrive in matrix environments and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
