We are seeking a Foreman with timber frame experience for a housing development in Kilmacrennan, Co. Donegal, with around 12 months left on the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise trades, crews and subcontractors on site
• Organise daily labour, plant and materials
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification and on programme
• Carry out daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inspections
• Maintain site records and report progress to the Site Manager

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Foreman experience on timber frame housing (essential)
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trades
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS and relevant site tickets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Full driving licence
