We are seeking a Foreman / Site Manager to join a growing contractor on a new project in Co. Wexford, with a strong pipeline of work in the south-east.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise trades, crews and subcontractors on site
• Organise daily labour, plant and materials
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification and on programme
• Carry out daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inspections
• Maintain site records and report progress to the Site Manager

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman with a main contractor or housebuilder
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trades
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS and relevant site tickets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Full driving licence
