Our client has engaged our services to help them hire a Food & Beverage Manager for their thriving hotel in Letterkenny.
Job Profile:
The successful applicant be responsible for the day to day running of a busy bar and grill in a town centre hotel;
Your remit will be to cover all the F&B services in the hotel, from the smooth running of breakfast through to the evening service, including any functions;
The role involves liaising with and overseeing all areas of the F&B operation on a day to day basis ensuring consistency in service, quality and professionalism, with emphasis on training and development;

Experience/Qualifications/Requirements:
You will be an already experienced and skilled F&B Manager, Bar, Restaurant or Duty Manager;
Operations Manager/Deputy GM, or maybe an experienced Duty Manager looking to take the next step in their career, or an experienced HOD looking to move into a more senior position.
You should be able to demonstrate at least 2-3 years of relevant recent experience a busy in a F&B environment as a HOD.
