Our client a leading hotel in Derry, has engaged our services to help them hire a Food & Beverage Manager for their thriving hotel in the City.
Job Profile:
As a Food and beverage manager you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and ordering food and beverages for the hotel. You will monitor and control food service from breakfast through lunch and evening service. You will ensure that orders are top quality and that the hotel does not run out of anything before the next delivery. Food and beverage managers must comply with food safety regulations and may also design the menus. At times you may perform Duty Manager Responsibilities.
Experience/Qualifications/Requirements:
You will be an already experienced and skilled Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
You should be able to demonstrate at least 2-3 years of relevant recent experience working in a similar role in a hotel or a busy restaurant environment.
