About the Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to join a well-established hospitality business in North Donegal, within close proximity to Letterkenny.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to take full ownership of Food & Beverage operations while also gaining exposure across the wider hotel through Duty Manager responsibilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading teams, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee all Food & Beverage operations
* Act as Duty Manager, supporting the overall running of the hotel
* Lead, train and motivate F&B teams to deliver exceptional service
* Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
* Manage staffing levels, rostering, and daily operations
* Monitor costs, labour, and overall departmental performance
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and company standards
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members
* Assist with weddings, events, and banqueting operations
* Work closely with senior management to improve service and drive business

About You
* Substantial experience in an F&B supervisory / management role
* Strong background in a hotel environment
* Proven ability to lead and develop teams
* Experience managing guest expectations and complaints
* Knowledge of cost control, labour management, and stock control
* Good understanding of HACCP and health & safety compliance
* Positive, hands-on approach with strong organisational skills
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and shifts
