Job Title: Finishing Site Manager
Location: Slough
Duration: 5 Weeks
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a freelance Finishing Manager to work with a well-established main contractor located close to Slough.
As Finishing Manager you will be over seeing the final stages of a 5 million pound residential apartment’s scheme. The Finishing Manager will be dealing with and overseeing the internal packages including second fix and snagging.
Qualifications the Finishing Manager will need:
- CSCS Black
- SMSTS
- First aid
Idea candidate would have:
- Worked on similar sized projects
- Good communication skills ability to meet deadlines
- Keen eye for detail
