Vacancy: Finishing Foreman

Location: Greater Dublin

Salary: Up to €65K plus package (Depending on Experience)  

3DPersonnel’s client is a general building contractor who mainly focus on fit-out orientated projects.

3DPersonnel’s client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Finishing foreman to be based in the Greater Dublin area. The successful candidate will have previous experience in fit-out projects particularly on commercial projects.

Duties/ Experience:- 

• Oversee all internals trades through to completion. 
• Manage all finishes  
• Manage sub-contractors to ensure any snags are revisited & completed to a high standard. 
• Report to Contracts Manager 
• Have previous experience with main contractor or fit-out contractors in the Irish or UK market
• 5 yrs+ experience within finishing
• The drive & determination to push projects through
