Job Description: Finishing Foreman
Location: Dublin 4
Salary: Negotiable
On behalf of my client, I am actively recruiting for a finishing foreman to work on an ongoing project in Dublin Four. My Client is a NI based multidisciplinary construction company working as Main Contractor, on a large hotel development.
Responsibilities:
- Snagging / De – snagging
- 1st /2nd fix
- Setting out
- Managing the trades and labour on site
- Providing Direction to the on-site sub-contractors
- Health & Safety on site
- Following Quality Control
- Record daily activity logs for all site activity
- Liaise with the various trade professionals to organize new work areas and ensure smooth co-ordination
- Liaise with sub-contractors on materials orders
Requirements
- Previous record of delivering £50-100M office development projects
- Commercial Awareness
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience ideally in both fit out and build knowledge
- Main contractor background
To be considered for the role the Finishing Foreman will be able to demonstrate a background within this type of role, specifically new build and have either a CSCS card or SSSTS and First Aid ticket.
