Finishing Foreman required for Leading Contractor in Dublin

You will be expected to:-
- Oversee all internals trades through to completion.
- Manage all finishes
- Manage sub-contractors to ensure any snags are revisited & completed to a high standard.
- Report to Site Manager
What you'll need to succeed:-
You will need to come from a trades background (preferably carpentry) & have experience working in a similar position
The right applicant - Our client requires:-
- Have previous experience with main contractor and / or developer on residential sites.
- Good longevity in your positions / companies
- 7yrs+ experience within finishing
- The drive & determination to push projects through
