Our client is one of the largest and most well known construction contractors in the UK operating across a number of sectors.
They are looking for a Finishing Foreman for a large residential project in the Egham area.
Duties:
- Compiling snagging lists on site
- Reporting problems using Ipad
- Delegating trades teams to work on closing out rooms and marking them as done
- Reporting to the project manager and giving live updates on all finishes
Experience/qualifications:
- Trade background preferable but not essential
- Good computer skills
- Residential finishing experience
- Keen eye for detail
