3D Personnel are recruiting for 2 Facilities Coordinators for works based on a Northampton school contract.
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this pivotal role is to effectively manage the day to day raising, planning, allocation and closure of remedial compliance tasks derived from Pre Planned Maintenance (PPM) activity across multi sites.
Qualification/Experience:
- Previous compliance/planning experience with FM/Building Services sector
- Understanding of compliance legislation
- Previous experience with Concept or other CAFM packages
- Competent in Microsoft packages
- Good eye for detail
- Excellent communicator
£11.90 per hour.
3 month initial contract with strong scope for longer and even permanent position.
