About the team
You'll work very closely with the Founders Associate and Studio Manager. You'll also collaborate across our client's business across the Finance, Creative, Buying and Merchandising, Sales, Customer Success, and Support spheres. You'll have exposure and coordinate with external stakeholders from customers to legal and board members.

About the role
We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who will be responsible for the everyday management and support of this organisations CEO/Co-founder and Co-founder. You'll work in close contact with the Leadership team and help with meetings involving the wider Senior Management team. From handling schedules to supporting larger initiatives, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to further develop their professional skills while gaining experience working on a fast-moving team.
What you'll do?
Organise calendars. Specifically for the CEO and Co-founders, ensuring key meetings are worked in and breathing room is considered.
Prioritise. Assess the importance of meeting and scheduling requests. Allocate adequate meeting time for the topic at hand.
Prep. For internal and external meetings. Plan and distribute agendas and briefing docs ahead of meetings as needed.
Manage up. Ensure the CEO is on time for all meetings and prompt reminders when required.
Jot it all down. Take minutes at offsites, board meetings and other important meetings as required, following up on actions and instilling team accountability.
Take care of travel. Ownership of all travel both personal and professional for the CEO and co-founders.
Sign, seal, deliver. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, complete occasional filing duties and take after other ad hoc tasks that may arise pending the season.
AI-driven solutions. An interest and ability to integrate AI-driven solutions into daily workflows to streamline communication, automate routine tasks, and support scalable operational processes within a fast-moving, ever evolving business.
What you'll need
A proven track record in an EA position successfully supporting senior-level management
Strong organisational skills and an efficient approach to organising work priorities
Ability to communicate professionally and articulately across all levels
Adaptability when it comes to learning (and eventually owning) new tasks and responsibilities
Ability to prioritise and stay 'one step ahead' at all times
Initiative to implement new processes that, in turn, make day-to-day responsibilities and interactions easier, faster and clearer
A high level of integrity and trust with confidential information
Strength in remaining both professional and approachable when interacting with all levels of the company
Discipline to work well under pressure, adhering strongly to given deadlines
