Estimator

3D Personnel are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator in Glasgow for a civil engineering project.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Preparing cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering works
• Reviewing drawings and project specifications
• Measuring quantities for groundworks, drainage, and infrastructure works
• Preparing tenders, quotations, and cost reports
• Managing subcontractor packages and reviewing quotations
• Monitoring project costs and assisting with valuations and variations
• Liaising with site teams, engineers, and clients throughout the project

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within civil engineering
• Knowledge of groundworks, drainage, and infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Must have valid ID/Passport
