Employee Relations Advisor required in Dublin for a leading organisation with a high-profile portfolio across Dublin - this business is a major European player in facility management. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Employee Relations Advisor to join this HR team. This role is key to supporting managers across the organisation by providing expert guidance on all employee relations matters.
You will ensure that workplace issues are managed fairly, consistently, and in line with Irish employment legislation and internal policies. Working closely with managers, HR colleagues, and senior leadership, you will support investigations, help resolve employee issues, and contribute to building strong people management capability.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice to managers on a wide range of employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, performance, conduct, and absence management.
Support managers in handling cases in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner.
Lead or support workplace investigations, ensuring procedures are followed and outcomes documented.
Prepare documentation for investigations, formal hearings, and ER processes.
Ensure all ER activity complies with Irish employment legislation and company policies.
Coach and support managers on people management challenges to help build capability.
Contribute to the effective implementation and consistent application of HR policies.
Partner with HR colleagues to support employee lifecycle processes from an ER perspective.
Qualifications & Experience
Third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
3-5 years' experience in HR or a dedicated employee relations role.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
Experience handling disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes.
Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
CIPD qualification (or working towards) is an advantage.

Mon-Thu: 9:00am-5:00pm | Fri: 9:00am-4:30pm
