Electrical Package Manager - Data Centre Project | Blyth, Northumberland

£65,000 - £80,000

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join a leading data centre delivery team on a major site-based project in Blyth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical installation on the package to specification, quality and safety standards
• Sequence containment, cabling, power systems and associated services
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments and technical documentation
• Manage the four-week look-ahead, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
• Manage submittals, RFIs, inspection records and valuations
• Support testing, commissioning and handover

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering or similar
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role in construction contracting
• Data centre, industrial, pharma or mission-critical experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
