What You'll Do:
As District Manager, you'll be responsible for leading several stores in your region, developing teams, and driving operational and sales excellence:
* Drive Sales & Performance: Develop and execute annual sales forecasts and implement strategies to exceed budgeted goals.
* Train & Mentor: Coach employees and management teams on product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and company standards.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies on wages, scheduling, overtime, and sales targets.
* Lead by Example: Support and guide Store Managers, maintain regular communication, and conduct store visits to monitor performance.
* Staff Development: Lead recruitment, training, and retention efforts, mentoring key employees for growth and promotion.
* Market Awareness: Stay informed on competitors and marketing trends to implement initiatives that drive store performance.
* Financial Oversight: Monitor profitability, review performance data, achieve payroll goals, and implement corrective measures as needed.
* HR & Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, manage HR tasks, and maintain health & safety compliance across all stores.
* Special Projects: Assist with new store openings, promotional events, and prepare monthly and quarterly business reports.
Who You Are:
* Experienced in multi-store management or district leadership.
* A confident leader with strong people management skills.
* Analytical and results-driven with a focus on operational excellence.
* Passionate about developing others and fostering a positive team culture.
* Excellent communicator, able to build relationships with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Candidates should be based in or around the Dublin area and have a full, clean driver's licence. Travel is a huge part of the role so candidates need to be aware that it's a remote, hands-on role travelling throughout their District, but it may require travel all over ROI and NI when necessary.

* Competitive base salary - €55,000 to €60,000. KPI bonus of €5,000 per annum plus retention bonus of €1,000 after 1 year, €2,000 after 2 years and €3,000 after 3 years.
