We are seeking a Chartered Surveyor (SCSI) to join a leading Irish property development group as Development Manager, based at their Ballincollig, Co. Cork office and reporting to the Property Director. The role supports senior management in identifying, appraising and negotiating new development opportunities in Greater Cork and other major Irish cities, particularly in Munster, and in asset managing the company's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess new sites, leading due diligence with a focus on development appraisals and key property risks
• Support the asset management of existing and new properties, including sales, leasing and estate management
• Coordinate agents on the leasing and sale of units from the company's developments
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, planners, local authorities and Irish Water
• Maintain comparable databases for residential, commercial, retail and land sales
• Prepare internal and external reports and presentations for directors
• Support residential sales and legal processes with relevant stakeholders
• Assist in coordinating the BCAR certification process

Skills & Qualifications

• SCSI Chartered Surveyor (essential)
• 5-7 years' post-qualification experience
• Experience in commercial property, real estate or development
• Strong development appraisal skills; Argus (or similar) experience
• Knowledge of the Cork / Munster property market
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
