Vacancy: Senior Design Manager / Design Manager

3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a Senior Design Manager to work with an international construction company based in London.

Our client is a large UK building contractor that specialises within the London market. This client is renowned for delivering major projects and complex schemes circa of £85 Million.
This client in recent weeks has secured several high profile schemes around central, south & west London. The schemes include a £80 Million mixed use residential contract & a £85 Million commercial office.
This has sparked an exciting opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to join a forward thinking business with a collaborative working environment. This role requires candidates with a proven track record delivering similar sized schemes, either within a team or within a lead role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As the Senior Design Manger you will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Managing the design progress, quality and performance throughout the project
- Liaising & building close relationships with other departments (buying, estimating, contracts, etc.)
- Leading the design team & ensuring all aspects of the Design process are on schedule
- Provide guidance & help to the Project / Site team if Design related issues occur
- Ensure the Project / Site team are working to the standard & time targets.
