Deli Supervisor - Full Time required for Letterkenny busy store.

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Deli Supervisor to join our thriving and highly successful deli team in one of Letterkennys best known and busiest shopping hot spots.

The Role

As Deli Supervisor, you will take full ownership of the deli department, ensuring high standards, great food, and exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare fresh hot and cold deli foods for the counter and "food to go" range;

Develop creative, on-trend menu options;

Maintain the highest standards across the deli at all times;

Lead daily operations of a busy deli department;

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction;

Ensure full compliance with HACCP, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations;

Train, mentor, and develop team members;

Manage stock ordering (food & packaging);

Complete weekly staff rosters and manage leave requests;

Work to achieve sales and performance targets set by senior management.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a retail deli, fresh food, or chef environment;

Fully trained in HACCP and Food Safety;

Strong leadership and team management skills;

Track record of driving sales while controlling costs;

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment;

Passion for food and the grocery retail industry.
