Full-Time Hours, Permanent Contract

Who will you be working for.
A leading organisation who are recognised as a fast growing energy company who are currently looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join them on a permanent, full-time basis in their Derry office to help provide excellent levels of customer service to commercial and residential customers across Northern Ireland.

What you will be doing.
Handle incoming interactions to meet customer needs to manage their electricity account;
Make outgoing calls where appropriate to support the switchover process of new customers;
Carry out administrative duties as directed in managing key process areas within the customer journey (joining, leaving, payments) etc;
Ensure efficient flow of information between all key teams on the customer facing side of the business;
To be aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures, and those pertinent to the supply of Electricity in both jurisdictions of Ireland;
Ensure new keypad customer acquisitions are successfully switched over;
Ensure customer interactions are dealt with in an effective manner;
Ensure internal metrics around quality and customer interaction are met;
Ensure SLAs are adhered to when dealing with time sensitive queries and that Codes of practice and other regulatory requirements are adhered to.

What we are looking for.
We are looking for individuals who love to interact with customers, in a fast-paced environment over the phone and online;
1-2 years in a similar role in energy, telecoms or financial services ideally but previous customer service experience in any busy environment is essential;
Successful candidate must possess a professional phone manner and want their work to have a positive impact;
Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel;
Excellent communication skills;
Strong customer focus;
Proactive self- motivated work ethic.
