We are looking for a Contracts Manager/Senior Build Manager with good multi site experience for a role with a specialist house builder. They are looking for a candidate to cover projects across the area covering Fleet, Farnborough, Aldershot and Farnham area. Ideally the candidate would have experience of regeneratipn of land for residential development on a large scale.
Successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Build Executive and will be involved in programming, establishing a timeline which will guarantee a production rate in line with forecast and budget as well as available trades.
Will also act as a direct line managerof the build team across the four cities and will be responsible for the management of the build teams on all sites as well as managing their progression and perfromance in line with company policies.
The would ideally like a candidate with excellent experience working with large house builders, degree qualified or relevant qualification, experience running multiple projects, good build and management experience and excellent health and safety knowledge.
Salary is negotiable and package will include car or car allowance, pension, bonus etc.
