Contracts Manager

3D Personnel are actively working alongside one of Irelands leading main contractors. Due to their continuous growth and success. They are actively seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Munster based team on a permanent basis working on a mix of commercial and residential projects and are seeking a fresh change with a well-organised, top tier Main Contractor recently voted one of the best companies in Ireland to work for.
Responsibilities Include:
- Reporting to Construction Director.
- Responsible for managing, mentoring and coordinating on site teams of staff and sub-contractors across multiple projects.
- To provide clear leadership and direction to the site team and subcontractors.
- Capable of managing busy construction sites and have a hunger to ensure projects meet targets and are driven to push your career on further with a company that will fully support you.
- Manage the design team members to ensure best value, buildable solutions whilst managing program expectations from planning stage to completion.
- You will take charge of managing build quality and customer expectations ensuring all works comply with building regulations and other relevant standards.
- Must ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are maintained and drive continuous improvement on sites.
Requirements Include:
- Degree/Higher Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- Ideally have 15+ years’ construction related experience.
- You will be experienced in managing multiple construction projects.
- You must possess knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are required.
- You must be a strong people manager, able to use initiative and be self-motivated.
