We are looking for Contracts Manager candidates with excellent carpentry and joinery experience for a role that we chave available with a specialist carpentry, joinery and fit out contractor.
They are looking for:
- Ideally someone who has worked for a successful fit out contractor for a minimum of 5 years in a Project or as a fit Out Contracts manager position
- Candidate coming from a carpentry/joinery background or a degree qualified candidate with excellent fit out knowledge
- SMSTS, CSCS and all other relevant tickets are required.
- Project experience up to £20 million.
- High attention to detail and meticulous in their work.
- Will to be based out of the office but travel to sites in London and Home Counties
- Excellent man management skills
- IT skills.
- Client facing skills
Our client is working on education, commercial, residential and healthcare projects for fmajor contractors such as Balfour Beatty, BAM and Mace.
Salary and package is negotiable depending on candidate.
