We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join a leading developer, with 6 sites due to start between January and June next year across Kildare and Westmeath.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across multiple sites
- Manage the design process from the planning permission stage
- Drive architects, engineers and other stakeholders to deliver on time
- Lead project teams and control programme and cost
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Contracts Manager experience, strong on delivery
- Essential: experience managing design from planning stage
- Very technical, and confident leading design teams
