Are you looking for an exciting new SR Quantity Surveying role in the Irish division of a European Main Contracting group? If you are looking to join a new "dynamic" team based in Dublin with incredible infrastructure support get in touch.

3D Personnel are working on behalf of a cutting edge construction contractor with the undertaking to construct world class commercial and residential buildings.

The portfolio of projects range from £2million to £40 Million.

Our Client are looking for a strong commercial lead/manager who is able to identify & weigh up risks involved, manage and report on them. 

You will be responsible for ensuring all revenue streams are maximised, for capturing overall construction cost related information on the project from design stage through to completion, overseeing agreement of interim and final account and reporting on same to the Commercial Director.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage the cost control for the various projects. Take charge and manage the QS team.

Being cognisant of the costs on the contract at all times.

Being familiar with the projects' Conditions of Contract and the implications that any variation or change orders will have on the programme and costs.

Being familiar with the programme and what implication any over-run will have in relation to costs and manpower.

Reporting costs versus revenue to the Commercial Director.

Ensuring relevant records are in place to substantiate any claims / entitlement.

Experience required:

Have managed a small team of Surveyors on the various projects and on various locations.

Demonstrate a track record of working in a similar role and administering successful contracts.

The ability to identify risk and deal with it appropriately.

Possess good communication and people skills both internally and out.
