3D Personnel Multi-Sector is pleased to present an opportunity for a Client Sales Exec. to join a well-established organisation in their Donegal office. This role supports ongoing growth within their client services function and offers a chance to work in a purpose-driven, team-oriented environment.

Position Description
You will be responsible for assisting in the management of client relationships, ensuring that both existing clients and new opportunities are managed to the highest level of client service.
Major Areas of Responsibility
* Responsible for inbound client account queries
* Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective and existing clients-including via web chats and client cases
* Work alongside senior managers on high-value opportunities
* Ensure support documentation and internal policies are fit for purpose
* Inform and assist in improvements to sales strategies
* Contribute to the development of clear, compliant policy and documentation
Primary Objectives
* Achieve and maintain a client satisfaction rating
* Assist in the efficient processing of new client account documentation
* Help foster an employee-oriented company culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
Specific Responsibilities of the Job
* Managing inbound client contacts via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
* Overseeing inbound client accounts with care and accuracy
* Responding quickly to client inquiries, using every interaction to build trust and rapport
* Providing quotations and service descriptions as required
* Collaborating with client support to ensure documentation is accurate and complete
* Supporting the sales team in managing client-related projects
* Assisting marketing and operations teams with cross-functional initiatives as needed
* Updating and maintaining website information on a continuous basis

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Job Requirements
* General knowledge of and interest in economics and financial markets
* Broad knowledge and hands-on experience with Client Management Systems (CRM)
* Above-average phone and presentation skills
* Strong ability to manage commercial transactions and related documentation accurately
* Demonstrated capacity to follow procedures-and proactively improve them
* Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
* Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions
* General awareness of personal finance, current affairs, and key issues of the day
Education and Experience
* Degree or equivalent professional experience
* Minimum of 4 years working in a team-based, client-facing role
* Strong references highlighting a personable demeanour and excellent work ethic
