We at 3D Personnel are currently seeking Client Sales Executives to join this client in their existing office in West Donegal. This fantastic opportunity has arisen due to a desire to expand their team in their NorthWest office.

A family friendly organisation operating over 2 decades. This business is an Irish precious metals dealer and wealth manager. You will work from their office in Donegal.
This is an exciting and pivotal role for any professional wishing to join an exciting and progressive company who are very client focused working hard to deliver for clients in the big and the small things. This is an open fast-paced environment. On any one day you may be working with clients via the phone, holding meetings with the team, working with financial advisors, professional advisors, pensions, corporate clients. In short you will never be bored.
What is the role?
A client sales officer is responsible for assisting in the management of client relationships, ensuring that existing clients and new opportunities are managed to the highest level of client service level.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for inbound clients account queries
Initial point of contact for prospective & existing clients, web chats, client cases
Work with senior managers on high value opportunities
Ensure support documentation and policies are fit for purpose
Inform and assist in improvements to sales strategies
Develop policy and documentation
Primary Objectives:
To ensure a high client satisfaction rating of no less than 4.8/5
To assist in the efficient processing of new client account documentation
Develop an employee-oriented company culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
Specific Responsibilities of the Job:
Managing inbound client contacts via multiple channels
Responsible for inbound clients’ accounts
Responding quickly to client inquiries, taking every opportunity to build trust and rapport
Provide quotations and services descriptions as required to clients
Work with client support to ensure that documentation is accurate
Support sales team in managing projects
Assist marketing and operations teams with projects as needed
Update and maintain website information on a continuous basis
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
We seek a professional, dynamic, inquisitive, efficient, and honest individual who will constantly seek to grow their own knowledge base, improve client experience, and always demonstrate and represent the company values. Excellent computer, phone and presentation skills are essential.
Job Requirements:
General knowledge and interest in economics and markets
Broad knowledge and experience in Client Management Systems (CRM)
Above average phone and presentation skills
Excellent skills in managing commercial transactions and related documentation accurately
Demonstrated ability to follow and continuously improve procedures
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to problems solve and find creative solutions
General knowledge of personal finance, current affairs, and the issue of the day
Education and Experience:
Degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 4 years working in a team client facing role
Strong references outlining personable demeanour and excellent work ethic
