Building Services Engineer (Pre-Construction)

 €70,000 - €80,000 + Package

3D Personnel are working alongside one of Irelands leading main contractors. Due to their continuous growth, they are actively seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer (Pre-Construction) to join their Dublin based team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working within the M&E team, the Building Services Engineer (Pre-Construction) focus initially on projects recently awarded for activities concerned with Mechanical/Electrical.
  • Identify effective Mechanical/Electrical elements of the project.
  • Provide accurate and informed reporting of the project to Management and Project teams.
  • Assist the Senior Services Manager and Design Manger on the project

Specific Requirements

  • M&E background and/or a Third Level qualification in either Mechanical/Electrical or Building Services Engineering preferred.
  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role is essential –
  • Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally projects experience in Health Care/Pharma/Industrial/Data preferable.
  • Good Knowledge of Installation and commissioning.
  • Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Revit/BIM, Microsoft.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational / planning skills.
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritise, and work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
