Breakfast Chef

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our team at a family run welcoming hotel in Coastal Donegal, not too far from Letterkenny.

The Role:
As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering a high-quality breakfast service for guests, ensuring a great start to their day in a stunning coastal setting. You'll work in a friendly kitchen environment with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes to a high standard
Set up and maintain an organised kitchen for morning service
Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering where required
Work efficiently as part of a small, supportive team

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Strong work ethic and ability to work early morning shifts
Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
Positive attitude with great attention to detail
Team player with good communication skills
