BIM Coordinator | Head Office, Dublin

€60,000 - €75,000

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join a leading Irish main contractor at their Dublin head office.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and manage 3D models and drawings
• Coordinate design models from consultants and subcontractors
• Run clash detection and help resolve coordination issues
• Manage the common data environment and model standards
• Support project teams with BIM deliverables

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification in Architectural Technology, Engineering or similar
• Strong Revit and Navisworks skills; Autodesk Construction Cloud an advantage
• Experience on construction projects with a contractor or consultant
• Good knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM processes
• Strong attention to detail
