BIM Coordinator - Data Centre Project | Blyth, Northumberland

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join a leading data centre delivery team on a major new data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a key role supporting design coordination across all disciplines, with a focus on MEP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate federated BIM models across disciplines
• Run clash detection and lead coordination meetings
• Produce and update MEP models and drawings in Revit
• Maintain BIM standards, protocols and the common data environment
• Support design, site and commissioning teams with model information
• Track and report on clash resolution and model progress

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' BIM coordination experience
• Advanced Revit skills, with a strong MEP focus (required)
• Experience with Navisworks and clash detection
• Data centre or large-project experience preferred
• Good understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM processes
• Strong communication and organisation skills
