Job Purpose:
The Beverage Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of all beverage operations across the property, ensuring excellent guest service, financial control, and operational efficiency. This role includes leadership of the Bar team, development of beverage offerings, and alignment of departmental goals with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service & Operations
· Ensure service excellence in all beverage outlets.
· Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all Bar areas.
· Act as Duty Manager as rostered.
· Manage guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution.
Beverage Development & Sales
· Source and develop innovative beverage offerings.
· Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and revenue initiatives.
People Management
· Lead, train, and develop the Bar team to deliver consistent service.
· Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
· Foster clear communication within the team and across departments.
Financial Management
· Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
· Monitor and control costs, payroll margins, purchasing, and stock levels.
· Maintain accurate cash handling and billing procedures.
Compliance & Standards
· Monitor hygiene standards and ensure compliance with food safety legislation.
· Maintain operational efficiency and adherence to policies.
Reporting
· Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to the General Manager.

What We’re Looking For?
· Proven experience in a Bar Management role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
