We are recruiting a Bar Supervisor for a well-established and popular neighbourhood bar in Letterkenny. Known for its lively atmosphere and strong local following, this venue offers a great mix of busy nights out and relaxed social settings.

The Role
As Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring high service standards, strong team performance, and a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead bar staff, motivating the team to perform at their best
* Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed
* Create a positive, efficient, and customer-focused working environment
* Oversee the smooth running of the bar and storeroom
* Welcome and engage with customers, ensuring a high level of service
* Manage stock control and place orders as required
* Maintain strong knowledge of beverages and offerings
* Adapt quickly in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Support management with daily operations
What We're Looking For
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication (written and verbal)
* Experience with cash handling and till systems
* Self-motivated with the ability to lead and motivate others
* Previous experience in a busy bar environment
